Equipment issue reporting procedure

  1. If there is a system error message, immediately take a photo or screenshot using Windows + Print Screen before proceeding.
  2. Note what you were doing when the error occurred.
  3. Restart the program. If that doesn’t work, restart the computer. And if that doesn’t work, do a full system restart if you are trained for that procedure.
    • If you can’t solve the issue on your own, please immediately notify staff that the instrument isn’t working via text or email.
    • If you solved the issue, please notify staff at your earliest convenience, so they are aware of potentially recurring issue.
