The Keith Porter Imaging Facility offers state-of-the-art image processing and analysis capabilities including a custom-built workstation with Imaris 9.5.1 (Oxford) for 3D and 4D analysis, Huygens Essential (SVI) deconvolution software, as well as assistance with Fiji/ImageJ. Use of the image analysis software is provided free of charge.
