The Keith Porter Imaging Facility offers state-of-the-art image processing and analysis capabilities including a custom-built workstation with Imaris 9.5.1 (Oxford) for 3D and 4D analysis, Huygens Essential (SVI) deconvolution software and PerkinElmer Living Image software for IVIS image analysis, as well as assistance with Fiji/ImageJ. Use of the image analysis software is provided free of charge.
